Refunds: Each item is made to order and for this reason, ASD Inclusion does not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.

Lost Packages: ASD Inclusion is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility is of USPS. If you think your packages is lost or stolen please contact your local postal service for assistance.
